NorthLink

NorthLink sits on London's northern edge, next to the Sunningdale Golf and Country Club and the wooded Medway Valley. The 10-storey, 132-suite building is the first phase of Tricar's planned four-tower community, and many suites look out over the fairways or the valley. Masonville Place, Western University and the shops along Richmond Street and Fanshawe Park Road are a short drive south.

Shared spaces are designed for entertaining: a large lounge with a billiards table and wet bar, a private dining room, a golf simulator and a fitness centre with room for yoga. Outside, residents have a patio, a multi-sport court and trails that link into the surrounding community, and many suites have their own terraces.
