Azure
Downtown's green-minded condo tower with a 29th-floor rooftop terrace.

Rising above Talbot Street in the heart of downtown, Azure is one of London's signature condominium towers. Tricar completed the building in 2018, and the developer describes it as the first high-rise condominium in London to register with the LEED green-building program. Residents are a short walk from the Thames Valley Parkway, Covent Garden Market, Museum London and the restaurants of Richmond Row and Dundas Street.
The amenity package is a big part of the appeal. The 29th-floor rooftop terrace offers wide views over the Forest City, and indoor spaces include a resident lounge and bar, a private dining room, a golf simulator and a full fitness centre. Suites are generally on the larger side, many with two bedrooms plus a den, and the penthouse levels feature covered terraces.
